How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags intact. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I care for my Urban Monkey streetwear?
To maintain the quality of our apparel, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and air drying. Avoid ironing directly on prints or embroidery.
Are your products limited edition?
Yes, many of our drops are limited edition to maintain exclusivity. Once a specific design or colorway sells out, it is rarely restocked.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our logistics to bring Urban Monkey to our global community very soon.
